Typical duties
- captures and structures inbound enquiries
- qualifies interest and checks missing details
- prepares follow-up and reminder drafts
- updates CRM notes and visibility
- surfaces stalled opportunities
Autonomy boundaries
Can gather, structure, and draft. Cannot send final promises, pricing, or contractual commitments without human approval.
Human supervisor required
A sales lead, owner, or account manager reviews and approves customer-facing commitments.
Monthly operation
Managed subscription: 500 € / month.
