About Us

Ecommerce specialists, not a factory agency.

We are the Magento team behind CityShop OÜ, operating as Magentopood since 2017. We build and maintain Magento and Alokai (Vue Storefront) stores for merchants who need the shop to support real sales — not just look finished on launch day.

After years in larger agencies we kept seeing the same pattern: project managers and developers stretched across too many accounts, high admin overhead, and the customer’s actual goals getting lost after go-live. A store is never “done”. It has to be kept current, patched, and operable for the whole life of the business.

That is why we run a boutique Magento practice: each project gets a reachable owner who understands the catalogue, integrations and commercial goal. We do not only ship storefronts. We build the digital working environment that keeps your brand competitive.

Mission and values

We mainly help small and mid-size companies succeed online — with multilingual, tailored, scalable ecommerce that can also grow beyond one market.

• Clarity in complexity. Turn Magento, feeds, ERP and checkout problems into a plan you can run.
• Partnership. Long relationships, not a dump-and-disappear launch.
• Fair communication. Clear scope, clear risk, no theatre.
