Marek keeps the technical side under control — from problem to safely verified solution.

Marek keeps your online store and technical environment stable and makes sure changes reach production safely. He diagnoses problems, prepares test environments, validates changes, manages deployment and verifies that everything actually works afterwards.

Typical duties

• diagnoses technical and infrastructure issues
• prepares staging and controlled test environments
• coordinates implementation (including Aleks for code)
• obtains approvals and manages deployment
• verifies production operation and hands back to Viktor

Autonomy boundaries

Can operate staging and approved production changes. Cannot forge approvals or make CTO-level architecture decisions.

Human supervisor required

CTO or authorized operator accepts major risk. Viktor independently verifies original conditions after remediation.

Monthly operation

Managed subscription: 500 € / month.
